Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Your right of withdrawal stays

For digital content the right of withdrawal could expire early: namely if we begin performance before the period ends, after you have expressly consented to that and confirmed that you thereby lose the right (§ 356(5) BGB).

We do not ask for that consent. Your right of withdrawal therefore stands for the full fourteen days — even once you have received the licence key and used the application. Withdrawing is possible without giving a reason and without disadvantage.

Voluntary support

This notice concerns the purchase of a licence. Anyone who gives us an amount of their choosing beyond that concludes no contract of sale — there is no return service for it, and whether a statutory right of withdrawal applies to such a payment is not settled.

We grant it to you contractually. You can reclaim support within fourteen days without giving reasons, with the same period and by the same route as a purchase. An informal message to support@aitention.app is enough; we refund by the means the payment arrived on. Details in § 12 of the terms.
