How quickly we answer
On working days, usually the same or the following day. We are a small house and will not promise a response time we cannot keep — there is no on-call rota and no round-the-clock commitment.
No form
Deliberately: a form asks for input, stores it, and then sends you an email anyway. The direct route is shorter, your message stays in your own sent folder, and we store nothing beyond what answering requires.
